I had my tonsils removed and synechiae dissected by Almas Bisultanovich, and my husband had a complex operation on his sinuses and adenoids. Before that he suffered with breathing for 10 years, and not a single ENT specialist could figure out what the cause was.

I had a foreign body removed from my maxillary sinus. At the maxillofacial clinic they frightened me by saying they would have to cut my cheek. I searched for a long time, and an acquaintance advised me to go to the Sovmin hospital. There they removed it endoscopically through some passage in the nose, without incisions. And I stayed in hospital for only a couple of days.

I was operated on again by Almas Bisultanovich — before that there was an unsuccessful operation in another ENT hospital. Later I got talking with people in the department and found out that almost half here are being treated after unsuccessful previous operations or after other ENT doctors refused them.

I had nose surgery with Almas Bisultanovich — they corrected a deviated nasal bridge. Before that I visited several clinics in Almaty, and I chose him specifically. I had a runny nose, and before the operation I needed to have it treated. After the consultation I didn't even have a thought that someone else would perform the operation. The operation went excellently: just an hour after the anaesthetic I felt well, and 2 days after the silicone plates were removed I was breathing through my nose. Nothing bothered me, everything went easily, I recovered quickly. I was in the inpatient department of the Sovmin clinic.

I thank him for his professionalism and attention to patients. Also, many thanks to the medical staff of the Sovmin clinic: my stay in the hospital was very comfortable, the wards are bright, clean, cosy, the food is tasty and, as it seemed to me, plentiful.
