I came for an appointment to have an OGD, and initially I sought help specifically because of an ulcer.

The specialist performed the OGD quite painlessly.
Disliked
Everything was very rushed, straight on to the next client: before I had time to recover, the next patient was already sitting on his chair. I received no comments except one — that I needed to see a gastroenterologist, although I would have liked to know at least whether the ulcer was in an aggravated state.

My son was having an OGD, I booked online through this website for 9.00, but due to traffic jams I was 5–10 minutes late. At the reception desk I was told that a patient booked for 8.45 had gone in at my time, and that my time would have been shifted anyway. My son's name was not in the database for the current time. I rebooked through the website for 10.00, as this time was free, but here too there were discrepancies with the website.

The doctor turned out to be a very competent specialist. The appointment went wonderfully: the OGD was done quickly and professionally. The doctor relaxed the child as much as possible and tried to talk about neutral topics so as not to focus attention on the process.

I was upset by the organisation of the appointment at the reception desk. An employee named Ayazhan rudely repeated only that I was late. It turned out that patients who book through partner websites online are not entered into the database until they appear in person, and priority is given to those who went through the reception desk directly and paid a deposit. This is not stated anywhere. If you rush across the whole city after booking an appointment, it is not certain that you will be seen — they will simply shrug their shoulders.
