On 10 May my husband developed red spots on his leg, we went to a dermatologist, and there they said it was not a skin disease. The next day the leg swelled up, we called an ambulance, and we were taken to City Hospital 7. There we were examined by a physician and a haematologist and they said we needed to see a rheumatologist. It was a public holiday, and all the more or less experienced doctors were either resting, or appointments were only available in a few days. I got very upset and started looking for rheumatologists, studying their professional experience. I saw a doctor with 22 years of experience and booked an appointment with Amirkhanova Bopesh Adilovna.

I want to thank Bopesh Adilovna for her professionalism and thorough examination. The necessary tests were taken quickly right away — the key word is "necessary", because tests are not cheap here. Based on the test results, Bopesh Adilovna identified the source of these spots and prescribed an effective treatment plan, as already the next day the swelling began to subside and the spots began to shrink. I am so grateful to Allah that she was working that very day. She is very pleasant and responsive, asked to be kept informed about my condition, and you can feel a sincere desire to help the patient. I was left with positive emotions, I recommend her. And I would also like to say that she is a multidisciplinary doctor!

I sought a consultation, but got no benefit from it.

I was prescribed a bunch of unnecessary tests, and at their own clinic too. The treatment was prescribed incorrectly. Because of this I went to another doctor at another clinic, and there the correct treatment was immediately selected. I will not go to this clinic again — there they also try to push you into a follow-up appointment.

I have complaints about the clinic: in the doq.kz service a follow-up appointment with the doctor is listed as 3500 tenge, but at registration I was told 5000, although the service registered me for a different amount. It gives the impression of fraud on the part of the clinic.
