I came for an appointment at a paid clinic, the doctor was 30 minutes late, and all that time the patients waited without a valid reason. I went to a specialist with 22 years of experience, hoping to get a professional consultation.
Disliked
The doctor came 30 minutes later, even though the clinic is paid, and the patients waited half an hour without a valid reason. There were no recommendations regarding the diagnosis. Instead, they started pushing additional services from doctors at the same clinic — yes, it is clear that the relationship is commercial, but there is complete indifference and unconcern towards the patient. Professionalism is completely absent, they only extort money from patients. I went there for nothing.

I came for the appointment with my child, the doctor examined her and sent us for an X-ray.

The doctor is completely incompetent, knows nothing, but makes you take a bunch of unnecessary and expensive tests. She said the child had bronchitis, although there is no cough at all. They only did an X-ray, and we paid just an awful lot.

We booked an appointment with the doctor for 18:00, but we only got in after 40 minutes, because 3 more people were waiting ahead of us.

The money was thrown away for nothing. The doctor is silent, doesn't know her job, the information had to be dragged out with pincers. To prescribe treatment, she started pushing tests that were already in hand. She barely prescribed the medicines, without properly explaining anything. 4070
