When I saw the doctor, as soon as I told him where it hurt, he immediately made a diagnosis. He said that if we weren't sure, we should have a CT scan, and he referred us for a CT scan at a discount under his own name. According to the CT results, the diagnosis he made was accurate.

I could not get in to see the doctor: the girl at reception could not check me in, she said she had filled in my initial discounted appointment incorrectly, checking me in without the discount. She could not check me in for 20 minutes, in the end they started calling an IT specialist to reboot the computer. But I already needed to see another doctor, and I had to cancel the appointment.
