I found out about this doctor through Instagram, and came based on good reviews. My mother had red eyes, the redness would not go away, no matter what drops we used. We went to other doctors, but they even gave the wrong diagnosis. Thank God we found her. Balzhan Shaizhanovna prescribed drops and gave all the recommendations. Exactly 3 weeks later the redness was gone, as if it had never been there, and her vision improved.

She is truly a doctor who knows her craft, I have seen this for myself. Balzhan Shaizhanovna is a professional in her field, many thanks to her. After her appointment my soul felt lighter and my eyes no longer hurt. I recommend her to everyone!

Disliked
I read the positive reviews and am very surprised, because I was completely dissatisfied. Firstly, she does not treat her hands before procedures. She accepts money not through the cash desk. And most importantly — she took the necessary data incorrectly, and the glasses do not suit me at all. Most likely, I will not be able to return them, because she did not give me a receipt. When I called her about this, she told me to call back in a week. It is very bad that Khak allows such mistakes, because the clinic is good. I hope they will do something about it.
