On 23.02.2023 I had gynaecological surgery. Aigerim Ibrayevna advised spinal anaesthesia and said that in my case it was more rational. I was very afraid. The doctor explained what was good about this kind of anaesthesia and performed it so painlessly and professionally that I did not even physically feel it when the needle was inserted and the anaesthesia was given. During the entire operation the doctor talked to me, monitored the process and was very attentive.

Our dad had an attack, and he was brought by ambulance to the City Cardiology Centre of Almaty. Later we learned that with a diagnosis such as pulmonary embolism, patients survive only if the diagnosis is made quickly and correctly and treatment is started immediately. Therefore, the first and most important step towards saving dad was made by Bagdat Bazylovich Kanapin, head of the intensive care unit.
On behalf of our whole family, I want to thank and say a huge human thank you to Bagdat Bazylovich Kanapin. I want to note not only his high professionalism, but also his sensitive attitude towards us, his family: he constantly informed us about dad's condition and how the treatment was going, and this instilled in us confidence in a good outcome.
