I came for an appointment with the doctor at the clinic, but I refused the appointment.
Disliked
The clinic where this doctor sees patients is in a terrible state: unsanitary conditions everywhere, the skirting board is torn off, there is a terrible smell, it is cold. Disposable gloves and sheets are not changed.

We could not get answers to the questions we wanted. We went back having wasted our money, it is not worth 5 thousand tenge. Do not bother going and making an appointment. We went based on so many reviews and experience, but it was of no use at all. We did not get answers to elementary questions.

We have only completed the first course of treatment, but the doctor prescribed three in total. I went with my 17-year-old son; he has intracranial pressure, at the time he was not fully treated, there were no particular complaints, but for more than a year his ear has been closing up and his left eye has started to see poorly, the eye has not yet been examined. Money is needed everywhere, and treatment is free until the age of 18 — unfortunately, that is a lie. We live in the region, we do not have a neurologist, we have to travel far and by appointment. The doctor saw fluid in the occipital lobe on the MRI scan. Now the ear hardly closes up, and praise be to ALLAH! We will go to her for the second and third appointment and complete the treatment.
