Patients come in not according to their appointment time, so it turns into a live queue, and that is very inconvenient. People come with problems, they feel unwell. The doctor has no time to give us attention, she is exhausted. We were at the appointment for literally five minutes, and I believe that we were not given the attention we deserved.
