I booked an appointment with this gastroenterologist for 10:20 on 8 January, and received a booking confirmation. I arrived at the clinic on time, but at the reception desk I was told that the doctor was not working.
Disliked
The situation is very unpleasant. I had to go to another gastroenterologist, and he gave me a referral for tests. Now I don't know what to do with them. It turns out that to see that doctor, I have to book again and pay for the appointment. This is outrageous.

I have been seeing the physician Alma Dzhuresovna Arzykulova for several years now. Sometimes I left her for other doctors to look and compare, but afterwards I always came back to her. I am very selective in this regard. I also saw the gynaecologist Anait Tigranovna Akopyan and the surgeon Ruslan Izbasarov.

Arzykulova Alma Dzhuresovna is a highly professional physician. Akopyan Anait Tigranovna is a gynaecologist with a capital G, a true professional in her field. You can see that she really loves her work. She doesn't fuss over you or fawn on you, but she is polite, knows her worth and will say everything that needs to be said to the point. I think the constant long queue to see her also plays a role here, hence nothing superfluous. In my view, these women deserve great respect. Among the surgeons, I like Izbasarov Ruslan. He has golden hands, a golden character, he will always support you and explain everything, both before and after surgery. He doesn't prescribe anything unnecessary. But the main thing is his hands!
