I am very grateful to Dr Asylbek Aliya Talgatovna. The approach is not template-based, the treatment was selected individually. The doctor explained and justified which medication was prescribed and what effect to expect from it, and gave recommendations on lifestyle. It's clear that the doctor is interested in my current condition, and I entrust further follow-up to her. I would also like to note the work of the Via Medical call centre and the managers: I received answers to my questions before the appointment in the shortest possible time. I was satisfied with the doctor's professionalism and the clinic's service, 10/10.

I went to the psychiatrist frequently at first — about once a month, only for the first 3–4 appointments. During that time, the doctor closely monitored my condition, how I was responding to treatment, and the overall dynamics. When it became clear that I was stable, following the recommendations and taking the medications regularly, she wrote out a prescription for a long period at once.

For me this was an important indicator: the specialist doesn't drag out treatment for the sake of frequent appointments, but looks at the patient's real condition and their progress. You can feel the individual approach and that there's no "assembly-line work".
