I only found out now, two months later, after fighting for my life, that this must not be done. I asked for CBT therapy, but the doctor said that 'it will exhaust you'.
In the end the anxiety only got worse and terrible insomnia appeared, which I am still struggling with. Before, I had never in my life had problems with sleep. Of course, I was not warned about the possible side effects. I advise you to carefully study everything this doctor prescribes, and take it at your own risk. Of course, I do not recommend this specialist.
