I went to the KazNII of Eye Diseases in Almaty to the head of ophthalmo-oncology, Aubakirova Alaya Sauytbekovna. I had a complex cyst of the eye orbit, and other doctors would not take it on.

On 21.07.2022, Aubakirova Alua Sautbekovna operated on my son Makhatov Tamerlan, who is 11 years old. Before that, for more than two years, not a single doctor could make an accurate diagnosis for my son. Only at the KazNII did doctor Alua Sautbekovna make the diagnosis and perform the operation.

I was diagnosed with endocrine ophthalmopathy, and I was treated by this surgeon for about 3-4 months. In the end he threw up his hands and said he did not know what to do with me. Later I found out that the treatment prescribed to me was almost unnecessary, and I nearly lost my sight.
Disliked
I do not know, maybe as a surgeon he is a good specialist, but as a doctor — a huge minus. It is very bad that doctors have no desire to improve their qualifications.
