The appointment went very badly. The doctor gave injections without anaesthetic and not as had been prescribed.
Disliked
I was prescribed to have the medication administered one way, but he administered it completely differently — under the eye. According to my clarification, that is how injections are given when something gets into the eye, to remove swelling or a foreign object from the eye. He also wore a jacket of the best specialist. Shame and disgrace on the ophthalmologists on Manas!

I was at an appointment on 14 July with doctor Aitbayev Zhandarbek. He immediately started doing procedures without stating their cost. I asked about the prices myself, and they turned out to be very high. For gargling with methylene blue for 3 seconds he charged 1500 tenge, for ear irrigation — 3500, and many more such procedures for 10,000. On the whole he prescribed strong antibiotics and useless hormones, drips, although tablets could have been enough.
Disliked
I did not like that the doctor does not announce the price before the procedures and does not ask for the patient's consent. The prices are crazy: for a simple gargle with methylene blue for 3 seconds — 1500 tenge. For some people this money means nothing, but before each procedure the cost must be stated and consent obtained! Maybe someone doesn't have that kind of money, how are they supposed to pay afterwards? I also did not like that he prescribed strong antibiotics and useless hormones, drips, when tablets could have been taken.
