I could not come in person to look at the test results, so I was consulted via WhatsApp. I paid about 25,000 tenge for the tests.
Disliked
I was not entirely satisfied with the appointment: I was not given a detailed answer based on the test results. The doctor said there was something there, but in the end nothing turned out to be there.

I did not like that after the examination and diagnosis the doctor did not prescribe treatment, but simply sent me to another clinic to another proctologist. I expected him to see it through to the end, but that did not happen. I also did not like that it is cramped there and the rooms are small.
