My son, he is 18 years old, has serious skin problems: acne, purulent lumps all over his face, on his shoulders and back. We tried many treatments, but nothing helped. We found this doctor online and decided to book an appointment. At the appointment, Aigul Zeynolovna examined my son's face under a light, then explained the theory of why teenagers get breakouts. She wrote out a list of tests that needed to be done and told us to come back in 3 weeks. We paid 5,000 tenge for the appointment, and a couple of days later we had the tests done for 14,000 tenge. When we came back 3 weeks later, we showed the test results, she looked them over and gave us the number of another dermatologist, because at this trichology centre they don't deal with such things, even though it says that dermatology is also available. In the end, we spent 10 minutes in the office and paid 2,500 for the follow-up appointment.

I came for an appointment with this specialist regarding androgenetic alopecia; I was given mesotherapy. The staff warned me about the procedure in advance and drew up an individual schedule of visits for me.

The doctor is a very good specialist, friendly and attentive. After mesotherapy the hair loss noticeably stopped, the hair grows quickly and thickly. The injection of the preparation is not that painful; during the procedure the doctor holds an engaging conversation, and everything ends quickly and imperceptibly. I recommend seeking help for alopecia at the first signs of hair loss, not putting it off. The staff are very good. I wish everyone good health and fewer illnesses!

We followed all the recommendations, and there was no need to come a second time, because the treatment worked — my daughter's hair grew back.
