I took my niece, who had difficult behaviour similar to a participant in the project “Patsanki”, to consultations with Alla Alekseevna. I was worried that because of her aggression a disaster might one day happen — she could be killed or imprisoned.

When a crisis situation happens, I do not even think about whom to go to — at Alla Alekseevna's consultations the right solution is immediately found, no matter how difficult the issue may be, whether it is personal relationships or panic attacks.
