I booked an appointment through the Doctor.kz website for 13:00 and arrived on time. The doctor came out of his office at 13:10 and asked why I wasn't coming in. I replied that no one had invited me.
Disliked
The doctor began with displeasure to say that he didn't know about my appointment, that I had booked through some website that doesn't inform him about booked patients. I explained that upon arriving at the clinic I had told the administrator about my arrival, who, as I thought, should have notified him. Instead of a friendly reception, I got a load of negativity from a doctor with no mood and left. I categorically do not recommend this doctor or the Sumed clinic itself.
