In September 2018 I had contouring with hyaluronic acid done by Asel Bayandarova. Within a few minutes after the procedure, signs of ischaemia appeared, but the cosmetologist paid no attention to it. As a result, a complication developed — ischaemic tissue necrosis.
Disliked
The clinic behaves unprofessionally when a service is provided poorly: it admits no mistakes and offers no compensation whatsoever. Because of the complication I had to cancel a flight and important meetings, not to mention the stress and physical suffering. Scars from abscesses remain on my face. To this day I have received neither an apology, nor compensation for the harm caused, nor even a refund for the poor-quality procedure. I hope my story will be useful to anyone who wants to deal with this clinic.
