I had been treated abroad for 1.5 months, but had not been cured, and I came to this doctor.
The doctor cured me. He is a wonderfully qualified specialist, he listened to me, explained everything and treated me. May Allah be pleased with him.
The appointment went terribly: the doctor did not ask a single question, was silent the whole time, and at the end prescribed the wrong treatment. He gave a new diagnosis for no reason at all: we have delayed speech and language development, but he diagnoses epilepsy, even though in 9 years of my son's life not a single doctor has given such a diagnosis and there have never been any signs of epilepsy. It is unclear what he based it on. At the end of the appointment he also agitated the child with questions unrelated to his health.
I do not recommend going to this doctor under any circumstances. He is incompetent in his field, he has zero vocabulary, he was silent the whole appointment, and then agitated the child with inappropriate questions. How he even became a doctor there — I do not know, but getting an appointment with him is sheer hell. Be careful when choosing a doctor.
I booked through the service, came to the medical centre, and it turned out there was a live queue there, and I had to wait for a very long time.
I do not understand why the service books by time, while at the medical centre they still see patients not on schedule. It is time to fix this: since you cooperate, you need to work and sort everything out so that patients are seen strictly by appointment, and if there is still a live queue there, then it is time to remove this useless appointment time from your service. I asked to check with the manager, the managers promised to call back, but they never did. After that it is clear what kind of shoddy service this is — nothing is thought through and they do not want to help their users. I will no longer use the Doq.kz service and I do not recommend it to anyone!
