I came from far away looking for treatment, but I was not admitted for the appointment. They refused me because my test results were electronic. When we said we would print them out again, no — she came to the reception desk and said she would not see me. This was the first time I had seen this doctor.

This is the worst doctor, you can't even call him a doctor. What a terrible thing to refuse a patient just because the tests are electronic. We said we would print them out again, but no, he came to the reception desk and said he wouldn't accept them. I have never seen such a terrible doctor before. People don't come here out of boredom, we come from far away asking for help, seeking treatment. I understand if there are no tests. But if the tests we have in hand are electronic, and he says as a matter of principle he won't look at them, that's just not right. He doesn't know how to talk to a patient. We have seen so many knowledgeable, authoritative doctors — we bring the tests electronically, they read and review everything and give prescriptions. It's the 21st century now, who prints things out on paper? How many parents who came seeking treatment did he send back just because the tests weren't printed on paper. When we said we'd print them out again, he said he wasn't accepting them anyway. So what is this person doing here, if he won't see patients in this position?

We came to the appointment with a child because we had caught something. The doctor prescribed treatment, but it did not help at all. I was called in for a follow-up appointment, and when I asked about the cost, they said it would be the same 7500 tg.
Disliked
The treatment turned out to be completely ineffective. For the follow-up appointment they set the same price — 7500 tg, even though I am a doctor myself and know that a follow-up appointment should cost less. I will never set foot in the Rakhat medical centre again!

I have been taking my two children (5 and 10 years old) to Ulzhan Turzhigitovna for 4 years now. Before that we consulted many doctors in Almaty, and the children had a whole set of infections. My younger child constantly had a cough, and we managed only with antibiotics.

Ulzhan Turzhigitovna is a doctor sent from God, a top-level professional, a good doctor and a good person. Over these 4 years she has always helped my children recover quickly and without antibiotics. She found and got to the bottom of the true cause of my younger child's cough, and for 4 years now everything has been fine with us. She is very attentive, always explains the theory and digs down to the truth. I recommend her.

We came to Ulzhan Turzhigitovna with our daughter, who was 10 months old, with a diagnosis of whooping cough. Our daughter had attacks: she turned blue when coughing and could not breathe. This was in 2011.

Ulzhan Turzhigitovna is a very, very good infectious disease doctor! I am grateful to her, she saved my daughter! Doctors like her are hard to find nowadays. She is a professional in her field and simply a good person. Stay healthy!
