Patient story
I came for an appointment with my 1.2-year-old daughter, but essentially there was no appointment. The doctor did not examine us and did not take any money. I went out into the corridor, asked what to do, and mentioned the fusion of the labia minora — a common situation due to a lack of oestrogen. The doctor sent us to paediatric care even without an examination. Then we went to another doctor, where everything was examined and preventive measures were prescribed.
Disliked
She did not help with anything, essentially there was no appointment, she did not perform an examination and simply sent us to paediatric care.

The appointment took place in the evening, in a new and clean medical centre, without haste and in a calm atmosphere — it was comfortable to choose such a time for a visit to a specialist of this level.
