Patient story
I had an appointment with a gynaecologist who could not distinguish an ectopic pregnancy from a molar pregnancy on an MRI with contrast. I had surgery for 390,000 tenge, plus tests for 141,000, plus an ultrasound, plus a smear — 50 or even more. In the end, the diagnosis was not confirmed by the histology results, and what she removed there, I do not know.
Disliked
It turned out to be a waste of money. I advise not to consult just one gynaecologist, but several, to be sure of the diagnosis.

I had to encounter an appointment where they didn't even ask me whether I had money.
Disliked
I do not advise: they didn't ask me whether I had the funds, but simply sent me to take tests. And the tests are not cheap.

I booked an appointment with her online and then regretted it 100 times. I came for the appointment, waited about 10 minutes for her, thought it was nothing serious. I had an ultrasound scan of the mammary glands.
Disliked
The doctor is incompetent. In my understanding, a mammologist should feel and palpate during the appointment, but she neither looked at the ultrasound nor examined me, she immediately said to have a mammogram done. Why, if the ultrasound is clear? She is also somewhat arrogant. They work in private clinics, but behave as if they work at the Ministry of Health. I do not recommend.

The doctor is pleasant, she prescribed tests for me, explained everything and answered all my questions. I am satisfied with the doctor's consultation.

I booked an appointment for 12 o'clock, but there is a live queue there, and I never managed to wait for my turn.
Disliked
If you book an appointment with this doctor, you will have to sit in the queue for at least 2 hours — she takes very long with a single patient. At Emirmed the queues are terrible, worse than at a state polyclinic.

I came for an appointment with this doctor, and everything that happened there horrified me.
Disliked
This is not a doctor but a swindler and a fraudster! She started intimidating me, sent me for a bunch of tests, an MRI and even surgery that I do not need at all. During the examination in the chair she literally raped me with her instruments, hurt me and caused bleeding — just to invent more bogus examinations. Stay away from this woman if you want to stay healthy.

The doctor is an excellent specialist, a true professional. She communicated with me very tactfully and carefully. I was very worried, but Bibigul Serikovna conducted the appointment with such care and understanding that I completely relaxed, and everything went well. Overall everything was wonderful, I sincerely recommend this specialist.
