The appointment was with Galiya Bakhyitovna, she now sees patients at Repromed. I went to her regarding an ultrasound, and she said exactly what the problem was. Thanks to timely treatment, the risks were minimised. My whole family goes to her, and I bring my children too.

I had an appointment with the ultrasound doctor Baytulenova Galiya. The appointment was paid.
Disliked
The doctor allows herself to be late for work and says there is nothing wrong with that. She raises her voice at patients. Without listening to the problem and the essence of the question, she declares that these are not her problems, and if something does not suit you, you can go elsewhere. Even though the services are paid, the attitude is as if she is the king and god of this establishment. I will never go there again. In the complaints book I described my indignation, which, by the way, was not given to me straight away.

Yesterday I came for an ultrasound — it was the third pregnancy screening, and the doctor was Baytulenova Galiya Bakhyttovna. I went into the room and started waiting for them to give me a sheet, but I never got one, I had to ask for it myself.
Disliked
During the ultrasound the doctor dictated the measurements to the nurse, then silently got up and went over to the nurse. She told me nothing about what she saw on the ultrasound, explained nothing and did not give me a tissue to wipe my belly. The attitude was as if I had come to her and she had been forced to do the ultrasound for me, even though I was on time with an appointment slip. Such an attitude towards patients, and especially towards pregnant women, should not exist!
