The appointment was with a trauma specialist: the doctor listened to me, explained everything in detail and gave recommendations. Because of a broken leg, I first had to go up to the second floor to the trauma specialist, then down to the basement for an X-ray, and then back up to the second floor.

The clinic itself on Mametova Nusupbekova is inconvenient for people with injuries and limited mobility: the traumatologist's office is on the second floor, and the lift is very far from the entrance. The X-ray room is in the basement, and there is no lift down there. You have to first go up to the second floor to the traumatologist, then he gives a referral for an X-ray, you need to go down to the minus first floor, and then back up to the second floor to the doctor. I have a broken leg — and to say that this is inconvenient is an understatement. Extra strain on the leg and inconvenience, to put it mildly. I don't understand why the clinic's management has arranged the offices in such an absurd way.
