I have three children, and our whole family is attached to GP 16 — myself and the children since birth. During this time we have lived through quite a few healthcare system reforms at our polyclinic.
Liked
From personal experience I will say that reforms are invented by those who do not use them themselves. But the human factor remains constant and unshakeable: without people who are sensitive, understanding, ready to help here and now, despite the workload, the reforms or the appointment slots, there is no movement, no development, no expected result. I am very glad that over our long history and experience of visiting the polyclinic such people have come our way too. For this, heartfelt words of gratitude and appreciation to the respected Begesheva Aliya Ansatbayevna.
