I chose the ophthalmic surgeon Gulnara Yenbakovna Begimbayeva for my appointment among the many clinics in Almaty and was very pleased. After the appointment I felt as if I had been born again.

The doctor was inattentive to me: during the appointment he was hurrying somewhere and getting distracted. After his consultation I made the wrong choice of lens, the one he recommended, and now I am sitting here blind.
