I came to the clinic, and there you had to go to the cash desk for every step: first for a test injection, then for throat treatment, then after the appointment with the doctor, then for the injection itself, and even to ask an additional question you first had to pay at the cash desk.
Disliked
The clinic is such that you go in with money and come out without it. Wherever you turn — you are sent to the cash desk everywhere: test injection — cash desk, throat treatment — cash desk, went in to the doctor — cash desk, had an injection — cash desk, and even to ask something extra you can only do it through the cash desk.

The child complained of ear pain, it was around 7 in the evening, and I booked an appointment at Emirmed, after first reading the reviews — almost all of them were positive, and that turned out to be my mistake. During the examination the child jerked slightly, and the doctor damaged his ear canal so badly that even the next day blood was oozing, fortunately she did not touch the eardrum, and she said she had just scraped off a bit of skin. Then she prescribed antibiotics by injection and sent us to a surgeon for a puncture, diagnosing acute serous otitis. NOT PURULENT! Why do a puncture if it was not needed? The next day I went to another ENT — no puncture was needed, and even the antibiotics turned out to be unnecessary!

The doctor is awful. The child was traumatised — both physically and emotionally. I wasted my money. I don't recommend it. And their punctures are put on a conveyor belt.

I came from Korday for an appointment with Maira Asylbekovna with my child, who was then 1 year and 3 months old. The Korday doctors said that the child had chronic otitis and that the hole in the ear would remain for life. The treatment took a long time — 8 months, because the hole in the ear was large. Now the child will soon be 3 years old.
