The doctor does not listen to me and does not answer my questions, only says her own thing and is always in a hurry. She rudely shoved the speculums into my nose. I did not see her disinfect the instruments, even though many coughing and sneezing patients come into the room. I do not understand where so many positive reviews come from.

I went to this ENT specialist for an appointment and I know for sure: to get in to see her, you'll have to stand in a queue.

The queue is worth it — she is the best ENT doctor of all those I have ever been to, and the queue to see her only confirms this. She always smiles, never gets nervous and never snaps at patients, even when the shift is already coming to an end. And, of course, she is a professional.

I got an appointment with Doctor Bektasova, and I was lucky to end up seeing her. The doctor quickly identified that I had sinusitis, which I hadn't known about before because it didn't manifest in any way. Now we are treating it, and for me it's prevention — we'll cure it in advance, before it manifests.
