Patient story
The appointment took place, the doctor provided help: she put something in the ear and applied something to the throat. Before that the child was crying a lot, and after the help the fever went down and the child came round.
Liked
Everything is fine, help was provided, the child's fever went down even without an antibiotic, the child came round. So I give 10 points.
Disliked
What bothered me was that the doctor prescribed antibiotics, even though there was no inflammation as such.

Patient story
I came for the appointment, and I was seen even earlier than the appointed time. The doctor immediately put me at ease, examined everything and referred me for an ultrasound to confirm her assumptions. Then I had tests for bacterial culture — I had never had such a test before, although I have been going to ENT specialists for many years — and a blood test.

I liked everything. I really like this doctor: she looks for the cause of the illness rather than simply prescribing medications according to protocol. I wish her many years of life and thank her for her work.

Patient story
For about three months I went around without suspecting that I had problems. I had an X-ray and got checked by a dentist, after which the doctor prescribed treatment without antibiotics, as I had asked. Now I am doing rinses, and we are already on the mend.

I want to thank the doctor for her attentive attitude and help. I was prescribed treatment without antibiotics, as I had asked, and progress is already noticeable. If it weren't for the waiting, I would give 10 out of 10.

On Wednesday evening I was booking an appointment, there were a lot of people, and I had to wait 1.5 hours.

The appointment lasted 10 minutes, during which the doctor explained everything to me.
Liked
As a specialist she is qualified, very friendly and welcoming. She doesn't prescribe anything unnecessary and says directly what is needed and why. In a 10-minute session she explained what to do. She took into account that I am also receiving treatment in another area, and considered how other medications could distort the results — that is very good. I recommend her, 10/10.

Maira Asylbekovna treated my daughter. Before prescribing antibiotics, she referred us for the necessary tests. We completed the treatment, and now everything is fine. When my younger son fell ill, I did not even consider taking him to another doctor, because I already knew for certain that we would go to her.

The medical centre's problem is the live queue. Tickets are issued without a number, so no one knows who is after whom, someone steps away, comes back, and arguments start between patients. I spent more than an hour in the queue.
