I ended up with Ekaterina Vadimovna by chance, I chose the doctor at random, and the appointment was very comfortable. She listened to me attentively, asked clarifying questions, performed an examination and clearly explained what to do next, and answered all my questions.

Ekaterina Vadimovna is an exceptionally professional, delicate and punctual specialist. It was very pleasant to talk to her: she is calm, friendly, attentive, and it was clear that she was fully engaged in the conversation. I would especially like to note her delicacy, politeness and simple human compassion. I am very glad that I ended up with her.

Unfortunately, the overall impression of the clinic was not so pleasant. At the reception — both downstairs and on the floor — the staff are far from being so friendly and professional, everything resembled a village market-cum-station. Also, if you book online, be prepared to spend all your free time responding to the service's electronic reminders: there are too many of them, and it is very annoying.
