My husband and I came to an appointment with the doctor because of our daughter, we were very worried about her.

The doctor handled the task very professionally, dispelled all our doubts in a single appointment, explained everything clearly and examined her excellently. As a person she is very pleasant. We were satisfied.

The appointment took place, and during it we were given recommendations that seemed contradictory to me: with a haemangioma, the infant should not be vaccinated or given massage, but at the same time should walk for 4 hours every day. I asked whether, if the haemangioma remains for life, this meant that vaccinations should never be given, but I never received an answer. I also did not receive an answer about possible treatment methods — they said it would be clear from the monitoring results. The monitoring itself also looked strange: an ultrasound scan was to be done only once, although monitoring implies examinations at different time intervals. The communication amounted to a monologue by the doctor; I did not receive a clear consultation. There were also recommendations to undergo other examinations with specific doctors and to buy medications at a specific pharmacy, which is concerning.
Disliked
What I did not like was that the recommendations swung from one extreme to the other, I did not get answers to my questions about vaccinations and treatment methods, the monitoring was prescribed strangely — only one ultrasound, instead of tests at different intervals. The consultation was unclear, all the communication was a monologue by the doctor. I was alarmed by the recommendations of specific doctors and a specific pharmacy. I do not recommend.

I happened to attend an appointment with Natalya Arnoldovna.
Disliked
She is simply a nightmarish doctor. It is long past time she came down from the clouds to earth. Above all she should learn politeness — she is ill-mannered, and both as a specialist and as a person she makes a terrible impression. I will not go to her again and I do not recommend her to anyone.

My daughter was found to have a haemangioma, in fact two of them and very large. We went to Syzganov. There a surgeon, I do not remember his name, wanted to operate straight away, without properly examining her. He immediately warned about the money, that three operations would be needed, and showed us out of the office because he was in a hurry. Fortunately, we found Natalya Arnoldovna.

Natalya Arnoldovna pulled my daughter through and cured the haemangioma without surgery. I am very grateful to her. An excellent doctor. I recommend her to everyone.

The surgeon at Syzganov wanted to operate straight away, without examining her properly. He immediately warned about the money, that three operations would have to be done. And he showed us out of the office because he was in a hurry.
