I had to wait 2 hours for the appointment, and it itself lasted 10 minutes. I was diagnosed with a plantar wart, but the doctor does not perform removal: an antiviral medicine was prescribed and I was advised to see another specialist for removal. At another clinic it turned out that it was not a wart, but a callus with a core.

I had an appointment with the gynaecologist-venereologist Gulmira Muratzhanovna. My friends recommended her as a good specialist, and now I recommend her myself. At the appointment, for the first time I calmly and without embarrassment asked all the questions that interested me, and this did not depend on time — the appointment lasted more than an hour. Before that, I had been given a whole load of infections, gynaecologists had frightened me to death with the incurability of these diseases, and I had been treated unsuccessfully by gynaecologists for 3 years.

The doctor is not afraid of questions and does not avoid the subject, which speaks of her professionalism. The laboratories where she sends tests are the best in the city — this has been verified. After Gulmira Muratzhanovna I realised that life was not over: half of those infections were not confirmed, and the ones that are present respond to treatment quite successfully and quickly enough.
