I booked an appointment with this doctor after reading the reviews, and I regretted it deeply. I arrived at the appointed time with my 8-month-old baby, but the doctor booked in another person, and we had to wait. The appointment was strange: the baby was not properly examined, I was told to weigh the baby myself, and the doctor herself went out somewhere. The baby's height had not changed, the examination was done terribly. They told us to have tests done and then come back for treatment — I did everything, but afterwards the doctor did not respond, she barely replied on WhatsApp. I asked her to send a voice message so I could listen to it again, but she simply ignored it. During the appointment she was constantly distracted by her phone and often went out. And she charges 6000 tg for the appointment — for what? I will never go back to her!

A waste of money and nerves. I had to wait with an 8-month-old baby because the doctor booked in someone else. The baby wasn't examined properly, I was told to weigh him myself, his height hadn't changed, the examination was awful. After the tests were done, the doctor didn't respond, barely replied on WhatsApp, ignored the request to send a voice message. During the appointment she was constantly distracted by her phone and kept leaving. She charges 6,000 tenge for an appointment — it's unclear what for. I won't set foot near her again.
