The doctor is an excellent specialist: she laid everything out clearly, explained in detail and understandably, and prescribed very good treatment. I will definitely recommend her and will also come to her again myself. I was also pleased with the clinic: clean and cosy, the staff are polite and diligent, all the specialists are knowledgeable and experienced.

We came for the appointment with an X-ray already done, my son had a fractured finger. The doctor carried out an examination, applied a neat plaster cast, wrote out a prescription and gave my son a certificate excusing him from school and physical education. It was convenient that we did not have to go to our own polyclinic at the place of attachment.

I have no complaints about the doctor: she carried out the examination, applied the cast neatly, wrote out the prescription, gave the certificate — and all this without going to the polyclinic at the place of attachment.

I was puzzled by the price for applying the cast — 20,000, and on top of that you pay for the appointment separately.

I came for the appointment with a 3-year-old child.

The doctor was completely uninvolved, all the information had to be coaxed out of her. During the examination she pressed hard, and after we left the child was crying that it hurt, although before that he had said it did not hurt. Apparently, she could see that we had come through doc.kz.

Everything was explained to me very clearly, a diet was selected and the necessary medicines were prescribed. I was also given a referral for an ultrasound, where everything was thoroughly checked and malignant diseases were ruled out.
