Patient story
I came for the appointment, but we were not seen. They saw that the booking had been made through doc.kz, and said that here it is a live queue, and that when booking I should have received a notification. I showed a screenshot where it said that the appointment is by booking time, but I was told to wait, because the doctor was not there. I asked whether there were people ahead of us, they said no, the doctor was simply not there — supposedly he was in surgery.
Disliked
It is unclear why one should book at all then. Besides, nowhere does it say that this is a surgeon, it just says orthopaedist. In short, this clinic is on the website only for advertising.

The appointment with the doctor left a terrible impression — both the visit itself and the communication.
Disliked
The doctor sits there only so that money is brought in, and at the same time does nothing. The impression is awful, I will never go there again. Awful, awful.

I came for an appointment, and the doctor met me as if she were doing me a favour. After the examination I was sent for an abdominal ultrasound scan.
Disliked
The doctor behaved disgustingly: she sat there with a look as if she were doing us a favour when we came in. After the examination she sent me for an abdominal ultrasound scan — for no clear reason, just to fleece me for more. I'm in shock!

Patient story
I was prescribed an ultrasound scan and a whole lot of other examinations, and I underwent the treatment prescribed by Nina Bokova for a month.
Disliked
The examinations were unnecessary — they were prescribed only to get more money out of me. The doctor is incompetent. Over a month of the treatment she prescribed, there was no benefit whatsoever.

I booked an appointment through the Doq.kz app, the appointment was for 13.30. At reception I was told that the queue was a live one, and I didn't understand why I had booked through the app then. The app shows a discount on the appointment: instead of 14,000, a discount down to 7,000 tenge, but at reception the official price list shows a price of 7,000 tenge. Because of this you feel deceived.

The doctor is sensible, knowledgeable, strict. I liked her. The doctor is great, I have no complaints about her.
Disliked
At reception the girl is ill-mannered, ready to tear a client apart at the slightest opportunity. When I asked about the queue, I was answered in a raised tone, as if I were to blame for everything myself, and they said that it was not the clinic's fault but that of the colleagues from the app. I ask the clinic's management to heed this review. I will never set foot in this clinic again, I don't want to be deceived and blamed without any fault.

The appointment went well: the doctor examined me, everything was done carefully and competently, and they fully explained to me what was going on. After the examination I was given recommendations and treatment was prescribed.
