There is an umbilical hernia, it is only 0.5 cm. Because of this, I was sent for an ultrasound twice.
Disliked
Why were two ultrasounds needed and why did I have to pay an extra 3500 tg on top of 12000 tg? This seems unclear to me and like an unnecessary expense.

Disliked
The doctor seemed strange and arrogant to me, no approach, tactless. When I asked where certain signs could have come from, she answered rudely: "You are the mother, why are you asking me", as if I should have foreseen everything myself. We will not go to her again.

I booked an appointment for 16:00, but the doctor Nini Viktorovna came out of her office, did not answer my questions and left. After a while she came back and went into the dressing room. Then I asked whether she would see me, she mumbled something, went into the dressing room and locked herself in. I went to the reception desk and, angry, laid into them, and I was sent to another office.

Nina Viktorovna is probably tired — give her a rest. I think she cannot work with patients. I have 35 years of experience in medicine, I work in a hospital, but I never show my pride and anger. Next time I will not go to you.
