We came to an ENT doctor to find out why the parotid lymph node and salivary gland had become inflamed again. By the time of the appointment, the child had already been treated with antibiotics, there were no complaints — we needed a consultation and a search for the cause of the recurring cases. The examination lasted about 5 minutes.
Disliked
The doctor stated that this was "not his area", referred us to a surgeon and an infectious disease specialist, but gave no recommendations and prescribed nothing. It is unclear: if he immediately considers that the problem is not his profile, why do they charge the full price of the appointment — 17,500 tenge? In the end, the appointment left a feeling that time and money were wasted.
