Patient story
I was at an appointment, the doctor examined me and prescribed treatment. I took vitamins for a month — the hair loss stopped. But a week later my hair started falling out again. At the moment I have only had one PRP injection procedure. I bought ampoules for hair loss made in Spain and a shampoo, and I am continuing treatment for now.

While I was taking the vitamins, the hair loss stopped.

A week after the vitamins the hair loss resumed. After one PRP injection I don't see any effect or changes yet.

The appointment took place, and I was impressed. The doctor was very attentive, explained in detail what caused the illness, told me about the treatment method, clearly showed what needed to be tackled and how, and prescribed tests. We will report the results later, after the course of treatment.

The doctor is very attentive, described everything in detail — both the cause of the illness and the treatment method, clearly showed what to tackle and how. She prescribed tests. In her recommendations there was no fanaticism about the brand that doctors usually advertise: there were both recommended medicines and generics. She also gave free samples.

We didn't get to see the doctor we had an appointment with because she wasn't there, and Sundeyeva Yelena Alekseyevna saw us instead.

She is a very good doctor: she explained everything to me and my child clearly and accessibly, we started treatment and are already seeing positive changes. Thank you to her for her attention and individual approach, we are very glad that we ended up seeing her.
