We came from another region and found Kristina Aleksandrovna through the website. I read the reviews and booked an appointment for my daughter.

I want to leave a review! This is a wonderful specialist! Competent, polite, she examined everything very carefully, listened, and prescribed treatment. In our region we fought this disease for 3 months. After an appointment with Kristina Aleksandrovna, the treatment gave results the very next day! My son and I came for an appointment because of a rash on his body. The doctor immediately made a diagnosis and prescribed treatment that helped right away. Before that we had gone to another clinic, where the doctor prescribed an expensive ointment, but it was not effective.

This is not the first time I have come to Kristina Aleksandrovna for consultation and treatment.

She is a specialist of wide profile and a wonderful person. I am always listened to very attentively and thoughtfully, everything is clarified and a course of treatment is prescribed. During the appointment you can feel that the doctor sincerely wants to help, and the consultations themselves take place in a calm, pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. We came for an appointment with Kristina Aleksandrovna. The doctor carefully examined the child, took the medical history, and from the very first minute you can feel her professionalism.

I brought my son for an appointment with the allergist Kristina and the paediatrician Venets Valeryevich at the Rafael clinic.
Liked
I want to say that these are doctors sent from God. They helped rid my son of urticaria and of a cough that had long tormented and plagued him. The treatment was competent, the examination was top-level, they don't prescribe anything unnecessary — everything is to the point and effective. I thank the doctors and the clinic for their care and attention. I recommend them.

Today I had an appointment with the dermatologist Butenko Kristina Aleksandrovna at RAFAEL.
Liked
I have never met such a pleasant and open doctor. I was listened to in detail and the treatment was described just as thoroughly. I did not have to take any unnecessary tests — in other clinics they like to prescribe them just to make extra money. Everything was clear and understandable, I was reassured and wished a speedy recovery. If all the doctors in this clinic are like that, I want to be treated there.

My child and I were very satisfied with the appointment. Before the visit the child was worried, but the doctor helped him calm down. During the consultation everything was explained to us clearly and understandably.

I am seeing the dermatologist for the third time already, and this time the appointment went differently: the doctor explained to me why the disease had occurred, and also told me how to take all the medicines from the prescription. She looked at my previous prescriptions and explained why and how the medications I had taken before work, and why their effect was only temporary.

Everything was explained to me in detail — both the causes of the illness and the use of each medicine, and the effect of the previous medications. I was satisfied with the appointment.

My appointment was delayed by almost 20 minutes because the patient before me was late.

Kristina Aleksandrovna is a very pleasant and charming woman, she knows how to find contact with a client. The prices are fair, they do not rip you off on treatment — unlike, for example, On Clinic. They even told me how to save on pharmacy shampoo :)

We booked an appointment this morning with the allergist Kristina Aleksandrovna, and I did not regret it.
Liked
The doctor was polite and friendly, she immediately recognised from the appearance of my skin that I had what people commonly call hives, and made a diagnosis — allergic dermatitis, widespread. I was prescribed treatment with medications and not only that, a diet was prescribed, I was given a list of foods that are allowed and not allowed, and everything was explained in simple and clear language. Overall, I am satisfied, I definitely recommend her and give 10 plus points out of 10.
