The doctor examined me thoroughly and performed audiometry, analysed the results in detail and explained everything thoroughly, and also referred me for additional examinations to determine the exact cause of the problem. Tomorrow I am going for a follow-up appointment with the examination results.

The appointment in this department took me from 8.30 to 15.00, and it was incredibly exhausting.

The queues are simply enormous! The doctor has no assistant to seat patients for procedures, so the doctor has to do the work of nurses and other side tasks. Something needs to be done about this. In this department the queues are unrealistically long everywhere: at the cash desk, at reception, at the sample collection point, in the treatment room. On average you lose 40-45 minutes everywhere. All the people who stood in all these queues noted this. Each of them spent on average 4-5 hours! It is worth thinking about proper administration!
