I booked through the app for 12:00, but I was told that the appointment is still on a walk-in queue basis. In the end I waited almost 02:00. The receipt was paid for the ENT specialist for 11:45, but I was booked in for 13:40. I left the clinic at half past four.

I am very grateful to the ENT specialist — this is a very competent, qualified doctor. I was prescribed good treatment and good examinations.

The clinic is private, and I left quite a lot of money there, so I would like the service to be better. The girls at reception could work more competently. They send you for examinations to other rooms, there are no people, and yet the doctors themselves are not in the rooms, there is no queue, but I waited in all the rooms for a very long time. Time is a very expensive resource, and leaving the clinic at half past four is no good at all.
