I want to say a huge thank you to her. She is a wonderful and sensitive doctor: she explained everything to me, showed and told me everything. Nothing unnecessary — everything to the point.
At first it seemed to me that everything was fine, but in the end I would not advise going to this doctor. I came to her for a second opinion before surgery — I wanted to understand whether I needed it. The doctor examined me, ordered tests and a treatment plan. On her insistent recommendation I had an MRI, but according to other ENT doctors it turned out to be useless: it was more about the brain than about the nose and other organs. I wasted 30,000 tenge on it. Then the doctor advised treating my ears — in the end they were syringed, but the price for the whole procedure was only given after it. It is not that much money, but it is still unpleasant, especially since I had to prepare for the ear syringing for a whole day. And most importantly: I had appointments with the doctor about three times, and not once did I receive an official report — everything was only verbal or written on some rough scrap of paper.
The appointment is paid, but the conditions, in my opinion, are worse than in a free polyclinic. The MRI turned out to be useless, the money for it was wasted. The price for ear irrigation was only announced after the procedure, although one needed a day to prepare for it. Over three visits I never received an official conclusion — everything was verbal or on a rough scrap of paper. I do not recommend this doctor for a visit.

The doctor immediately declared that this was not an ENT condition but a neurological one, and that I needed a brain MRI, tympanometry, and audiometry. She immediately started talking about the cost and that they had a special offer on everything right now, praising some Tesla technology that only they had. She said that everywhere else an MRI costs 70,000, but they had a 50% discount, and everything together today would be a good deal for 100,000 tenge. She started rushing me, saying she had already booked me in for all the diagnostics at once and even for tests. I realised I was being ripped off on the spot, I had no trust in them, and I left. I went to another clinic — there none of that was needed, and they prescribed adequate, normal treatment.
