The staff at reception are very polite and professional. The doctor is beyond all praise: she carried out the examination for a long time and in detail, as never before, asked about everything that could matter, was very polite and professional, and answered all my questions. The appointment lasted an hour, although usually my appointments were no longer than 30 minutes, but that hour flew by quickly and was interesting. Thanks to the dok.kz service, where I can always find such good specialists.

I was unhappy with an appointment with an endocrinologist at polyclinic No. 14, so I went to a private clinic. Through Google I found the Avesta clinic and Dr Chumudova Valentina Viktorovna. Even though she doesn't have much experience, I decided to trust her and I didn't regret it.

The doctor is interested in her patients getting better, not in extracting as much money as possible, like some. At the appointment she carried out a thorough diagnostic assessment, reviewed all my test results over three months, and not only in endocrinology, did a detailed analysis, and asked many clarifying questions taking my comorbidities into account. She explained the condition in detail and prescribed treatment. I am grateful for her professionalism and her kind, unspoiled heart.

A very competent specialist, she explained and told me everything. Usually doctors sort everything out and prescribe treatment and send you on your way in 15-30 minutes, but here they spent almost an hour and a half on me and answered all my questions very competently. I recommend her to everyone.
