I came to the appointment. I have no complaints about the doctor herself.

When I booked, the cost of the appointment was stated as 10,000, and in the reminder that came today on WhatsApp it also said that the appointment costs 10,000 tenge. But when I arrived at Kazmed, the reception staff told me that the appointment costs 15,000 tenge and that the information on the website is incorrect. I paid 15,000 tenge. Why is false information given?
