Hello! Today I had an appointment with doctor Demin for the first time. I came with my complaints, and he answered all of them professionally. I had suspicions, but he dispelled my doubts: I thought one thing, however the ultrasound I had done before the appointment confirmed that I was mistaken, and he confirmed this.

The doctor competently identified all my ailments and prescribed treatment. Now I will start treatment. I want to recommend him to my sister, who cannot be diagnosed. I recommend him!

The appointment with the doctor was at 3 o'clock. I was listened to attentively, everything was explained patiently, and I was treated kindly. By the evening of the same day I already felt better.

The appointment with the rheumatologist took place, but I still did not receive a full consultation on my issue.
Disliked
The doctor is a rheumatologist, yet he prescribes tests like an internist. He did not study the MRI scan. He prescribed medications based on another specialist's conclusion.

Patient story
At the beginning of 2025 I fell ill, took many tests, went around to various doctors, and I was referred from one specialist to another, but no one could understand what was wrong with me. Only Dyomin Yevgeny Pavlovich made the correct diagnosis and prescribed the right treatment.

Yevgeny Pavlovich is the most wonderful, the most competent and a true specialist in Almaty, an excellent rheumatologist and internist. He helped me, and I am very grateful. A true professional works at Via Medical, such specialists should be valued.

I had an appointment with the doctor, but it did not help me.
Disliked
The doctor, like all the others, does not dig deeper, does not find the cause of the illness. He catches one symptom and that's it, sends you to another doctor. And this shows that medicine is powerless.

The appointment took place, and right from the very beginning it was noticeable that the doctor understands what the problem is, is aware of what is being discussed and where the cause of the disease may be hiding.

I liked that the doctor immediately sees the essence of the problem and understands where the cause of the illness may be. He explains his conclusions in a very accessible and clear way. And at the end of the appointment he tells you about each recommended medicine and gives possible options for taking them — this is also very important. That is, he offers not just one medicine, but several names of analogues.
