Ekaterina Vadimovna is an exceptionally professional, delicate and punctual specialist. It was very pleasant to talk to her: she is calm, friendly, attentive, and it was clear that she was fully engaged in the conversation. I would especially like to note her delicacy, politeness and simple human compassion. I am very glad that I ended up with her.
Unfortunately, the overall impression of the clinic was not so pleasant. At the reception — both downstairs and on the floor — the staff are far from being so friendly and professional, everything resembled a village market-cum-station. Also, if you book online, be prepared to spend all your free time responding to the service's electronic reminders: there are too many of them, and it is very annoying.
