I have been going for procedures to Anna Alekseevna for more than a year now.

I want to thank the doctor for her professional help. The result always delights me. She is the kindest and most responsive cosmetologist I know. And before the quarantine in the city she even gave me masks, and now they are in great shortage.

In 2014 I went to the aesthetic centre "Promoitalia" to the dermatologist Domashchenko Anna Alekseevna. I was told that there would be no trace left of the pigment spots, but in the end they burned my skin. The procedure was performed 3 times with an interval of 2 weeks, and as a result post-traumatic pigmentation appeared.
Disliked
The doctor did not even apologise, but said: "What do you want from me?". I am surprised that she did not know that with an ablative laser the procedure can be done once a month and even that at minimum, and not with an interval of 2 weeks. The skin has not recovered, and they continue to burn it, and they even say that 8 procedures are needed. What a horror that such doctors work here.
