The appointment with the dermatologist took place, but despite the doctor's friendliness and reassuring humour, it was without any real help.

As a person the doctor is good, she was friendly and had a reassuring sense of humour.
Disliked
She couldn't help in any way. My daughter has completely different problems, and the doctor completely dismissed them. Regarding care it's also unclear: she said she couldn't recommend anything, it's all individual, but shouldn't a doctor prescribe good commonly used products? Instead she gave a sample with sls, that is, with an aggressive composition for my daughter's skin, and prescribed azelic etc. As a doctor she wouldn't say — she could have looked more carefully at all areas of the skin and said in detail what our problems are, but that didn't happen. Overall, we are not particularly satisfied.
