Hello! I came for an appointment, but I didn't like the personal consultation itself. First they told me to come back after having tests done, said they couldn't say anything without tests, and sent me away. When I came back with the tests, they took payment again. When I asked whether I could send the test results via WhatsApp, they said yes, but that's paid too.

I didn't like this visit of mine: they sent me away saying they couldn't say anything without tests, after I had the tests done they took payment again, and they say sending results via WhatsApp is also paid. So I paid just for walking in to see you for nothing. Since they didn't say anything, after I did the tests they told me to do, they could just give the treatment via WhatsApp. Nowadays everyone has got used to everything being about money. What are those without money supposed to do.

I came for the appointment and was greeted with a smile. The doctor was sweet and attentive, she listened to me and advised me on how to behave properly if the left side of the thyroid has been removed. Before that I was eating incorrectly, gained weight, and after the ultrasound I started to feel suffocated — I began gasping for air. Also, in another clinic, "Ayazhan", the ultrasound technician frightened me by saying that everything was very bad and that surgery was supposedly needed. I was very upset.
